Our harvest season begins by mid-November and last through the end of February. The entire crop is hand-picked as the terrain makes it difficult to use mechanical harvesters. Arabica is harvested first followed by Robusta. While harvesting only the ripe cherries are picked and thus we go through two to three rounds of picking before the harvest is complete.
