Our coffee is processed by one of the following three methods.
With natural processing, we lay out the ripe coffee cherries under the sun, allowing them to absorb the rich terroir flavors while drying naturally.
With the honey process, we meticulously remove some of the cherry's pulp while allowing a portion to remain, creating coffees that strike a harmonious balance between the natural and washed profiles, often yielding exquisite sweetness and complexity.
Our washed coffees, on the other hand, undergo rigorous washing and fermentation, ensuring a clean, crisp cup with distinct clarity of flavor.
